Cabbage Soup Diet - Day 2

HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

Day Two:

Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today.
So today, I did not have my breakfast, because I was in a rush :C and because at the back of my mind, I wanted to have breakfast at school. So I just drank a cup of juice from yesterday, and a glass of cold water. Strike #1 because I'm not supposed to have any fruits today, but my juice consisted of fruits. so yaaaa
I didn't end up having my breakfast at school. And grateful enough for that, or I would have a strike #2.
ALSO, I didn't eat my usual apples for morning tea, because fruits are not allowed today :( so I starved.

For lunch, I spent like an hour + making my lunch. I had cabbage soup; and instead of having my baked potato for dinner, I had it for lunch. Because I'm fasting dinner.

Today's cabbage soup consisted of: 3-5 handfuls of cabbage, a handful of lettuce, 15 pieces of chopped carrots, some mushrooms, two tomatoes, half a green capsicum, and some macaroni. I used probably 5-8 cups of water, a quarter chicken stock and a bit of salt for seasoning.

It tasted pretty okay actually! Well, better than yesterdays. and Esther said it smells like Maggi :D

So for my baked potatoes, I used two because it's pretty small. and in today's plan, it did say I deserve a BIG baked potato :D I melted some butter in the mini pot thingy, and coated my peeled potatoes in them. I left them for 40mins for 210 degrees celcius.

this is while it was baking.
I also decided to have it with some sauteed mushrooms, capsicum and bacon. Strike #2 for the bacon, oops.

So this is how it turned out, I added no seasoning. But a bit of parmesan cheese.

Let me just say, it was actually really yummy! Esther said it was really good :D haha
And I thought it was just me being hungry.
But it was actually pretty yum. So yeaaaa

Man, day two was challenging! When I was on my way home from school, I was so tempted to ask my dad to turn into Damai so I can get dem eggtarts. But I resisted... Until noon. On the way to commerce tuition, the car was filled with the aroma of food; my dad got me eggtarts, and I ate them T.T
During maths tuition at night, I was telling Esther about everything I'm craving. Eggtarts, biscuits with milk, ice cream, donuts, kfc, pizza with cheesy lava crust, little Italy pasta, secret recipe... Omggg. I was craving food. Like literally it was on my mind and I started to question myself to why I'm even on a diet.
When I came home, my mum unpacked happily and showed us what she got us from Bali:

And those are only the majority, not even all. And the chips are stacked btw.
All for us. All for me.

I came home hungry from not eating my dinner; I pigged out on leftover noodles from supper with my sister. Finished my bowl of cabbage soup. Ate a packet of mini lays chips, flavored salmon teriyaki which was yum btw. Ate a mini packet of chocolate Tim tams.

And then the guilt came in. Strike #infinity. I ruined my diet, and it's only day 2. Talk about self-control.

Would you have done the same? :( or do I actually have a food problem?
I'll still be following the cabbage soup diet, just adding on like my cravings. Gooooosh, I won't even be surprised if I don't lose any weight by this week.
Byeeee
